Sans se brancher sur la prise standard de n'importe quel appareil, il n'y a absolument aucune consommation d'\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La raison en est qu'une prise vide est essentiellement un \u201ccircuit ouvert\u201d et qu'il n'y a pas de circuit physique dans lequel le courant circule. Ainsi, m\u00eame si vous laissez des centaines de prises vides ouvertes dans votre atelier, vous n'en tirerez aucun b\u00e9n\u00e9fice en termes de \u201cconsommation d'\u00e9nergie fant\u00f4me\u201d, et encore moins d'augmentation de votre facture d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Il existe une petite exception : si la prise est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'un indicateur LED, elle consomme un minimum d'\u00e9nergie en veille. Les prises vides ne sont jamais vraiment un probl\u00e8me et les vrais probl\u00e8mes sur les sites industriels sont ailleurs. La puissance est le produit de la tension et du courant. Lorsqu'une prise industrielle est ouverte mais qu'aucune machine n'est connect\u00e9e, une tension s'applique effectivement aux bornes, mais le courant \u00e0 ce stade est absolument nul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n'y a pas de prise pour connecter le pont, et il n'y a aucun moyen d'obtenir de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. La direction de nombreuses grandes usines ou installations de production d'\u00e9nergie nouvelle est confront\u00e9e chaque jour \u00e0 ce que l'on appelle la \u201cconsommation d'\u00e9nergie fant\u00f4me\u201d ou l\u201c\u201d\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 vampire\". Il convient de pr\u00e9ciser ici que cette consommation cach\u00e9e est enti\u00e8rement due \u00e0 des dispositifs qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 branch\u00e9s en mode veille - tels que des capteurs, des transformateurs ou des panneaux de commande d'automatisation sur la machine - et n'a rien \u00e0 voir avec la prise de courant vide elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La seule exception : Indicateur LED<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La seule exception \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle du circuit ouvert est constitu\u00e9e par les prises industrielles qui sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es de leur propre indicateur d'\u00e9tat LED. Cette conception est assez courante dans certaines configurations m\u00e9caniques globales complexes. En effet, l'op\u00e9rateur peut rapidement v\u00e9rifier s'il y a de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 cet endroit d'un simple coup d'\u0153il.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme la lumi\u00e8re LED forme un minuscule circuit ferm\u00e9 qui lui est propre, elle consomme un peu d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Mais elle consomme tr\u00e8s peu d'\u00e9nergie, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement quelques watts par heure. M\u00eame dans un tr\u00e8s grand b\u00e2timent industriel comportant des centaines de prises \u00e9clair\u00e9es, cette consommation d'\u00e9nergie est tout \u00e0 fait n\u00e9gligeable. Ce n'est rien compar\u00e9 \u00e0 des consignes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 bien visibles dans l'atelier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risques environnementaux et pannes de court-circuit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fait que les prises vides consomment de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e9tant un mythe, il convient de se concentrer \u00e0 nouveau sur les risques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les environnements \u00e0 forte charge. Il s'agit d'une menace r\u00e9elle. Il ne sert \u00e0 rien de fixer ce point inexistant qu'est l\u201c\u201d\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 fant\u00f4me\" ; il faut se concentrer sur les facteurs environnementaux qui mettent la vie en danger dans les sites d'\u00e9nergie nouvelle, les usines chimiques ou les ateliers d'industrie lourde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si une prise vide est constamment aliment\u00e9e, les bornes qu'elle contient sont enti\u00e8rement charg\u00e9es. Lorsqu'il est expos\u00e9 \u00e0 des environnements difficiles, un \u201ccircuit ouvert\u201d autrement s\u00fbr peut facilement \u00eatre accidentellement \u201cferm\u00e9\u201d par des polluants pr\u00e9sents dans l'environnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Intrusion d'humidit\u00e9 :<\/strong>\u00a0Qu'il s'agisse d'une chasse d'eau \u00e0 haute pression en premi\u00e8re ligne, d'une pluie provenant d'un \u00e9quipement ext\u00e9rieur de production d'\u00e9nergie nouvelle ou m\u00eame d'une simple condensation, l'eau peut p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans la prise de courant. D\u00e8s que l'eau conduit l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, elle relie directement les bornes sous tension.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Poussi\u00e8re industrielle et impuret\u00e9s :<\/strong>\u00a0Les particules conductrices flottant dans l'air, les d\u00e9bris m\u00e9talliques ou le toner lourd peuvent facilement se d\u00e9poser \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur des prises expos\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque ces impuret\u00e9s forcent le passage du courant, un violent point d'explosion de court-circuit s'ensuit. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne peut non seulement d\u00e9truire instantan\u00e9ment la prise de courant, mais il provoque \u00e9galement souvent des pannes d'\u00e9quipement \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, entra\u00eenant des pertes extr\u00eamement importantes dues aux coupures d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. La solution finale \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me doit encore commencer au niveau du mat\u00e9riel, c'est-\u00e0-dire en utilisant une solution de connexion \u00e9lectrique industrielle \u00e0 forte charge qui peut r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des environnements extr\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour \u00e9liminer compl\u00e8tement le risque de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration d'eau et de cendres dans les terminaux sous tension, les installations industrielles doivent s'appuyer sur des prises de courant r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 des normes d'ing\u00e9nierie \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Les solutions d'alimentation industrielle de haute qualit\u00e9 sont con\u00e7ues avec diff\u00e9rents g\u00e8nes de protection, notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Niveau de protection IP \u00e9lev\u00e9 :<\/strong>\u00a0Un bo\u00eetier \u00e9tanche \u00e0 l'eau et \u00e0 la poussi\u00e8re de haut niveau (tel que le bo\u00eetier de protection IP67) peut garantir que m\u00eame si la prise est toujours aliment\u00e9e, l'eau et la poussi\u00e8re conductrice n'entreront jamais en contact avec les contacts internes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Couverture de protection fiable :<\/strong>\u00a0Les couvercles \u00e0 ressort ou \u00e0 verrouillage m\u00e9canique peuvent sceller automatiquement la prise apr\u00e8s le retrait de la fiche, ce qui constitue la premi\u00e8re barri\u00e8re physique dans les ateliers difficiles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bo\u00eetier et contacts durables :<\/strong>\u00a0Pour faire face aux applications \u00e0 courant \u00e9lev\u00e9 (de l'\u00e9quipement standard jusqu'aux besoins de puissance \u00e9lev\u00e9s tels que 63A ou 125A), les prises haut de gamme utilisent des mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9sistants aux chocs et des broches hautement conductrices et r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 la corrosion, qui sont le seul moyen de maintenir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l'efficacit\u00e9 au cours d'un fonctionnement \u00e0 long terme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, vous n'avez pas \u00e0 vous soucier de savoir si la prise vide avec l'interrupteur allum\u00e9 co\u00fbtera de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, mais les ficelles doivent \u00eatre tendues \u00e0 tout moment pour \u00e9viter les risques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le site.
