To increase the output power of one outlet, you must start by increasing the capacity of the entire circuit. The truth is simple, power (watts) is the product of voltage and current.
First, replace the circuit breaker in the distribution box with a higher current rating (such as 63A or 125A) to release the current limit; second, re-draw the line, Switch to thicker cables with higher specifications (measured in AWG or mm²) to address the voltage drop and heat generation issues caused by increased current; finally, install high-performance industrial sockets that comply with IEC 60309 standards at the terminal. This set of processes is essential, and these heavy-duty connectors are specifically designed for sustained, high-load operation, ensuring your machine runs at peak performance rather than tripping and even starting a fire.

To make the socket more “powerful”, you first have to solve the source problem of power distribution. The circuit breaker in the distribution box plays the role of “goalkeeper”. If your industrial machinery or renewable energy equipment requires more watts than your existing system can handle, simply changing the outlet panel is self-deception.
To increase the total power, you have to upgrade the circuit breaker to a higher current level, such as 63A or even 125A. This upgrading action essentially widens the “flow” of electricity. By replacing circuit breakers with high current ratings, you provide the entire system with the raw capacity it needs to drive heavy industrial loads so that frequent system trip stops are not caused by current overloads.
Once the circuit breaker has released the current limit, the infrastructure responsible for delivering the current —that is, the wires— must also be strengthened in sync. This is the second step: re-laying the thicker cable (usually in AWG or mm²).
I often see people on site trying to get regular wires to run 63A or even 125A, which is just playing with fire. If you force a large current through a thin wire, it will cause a severe voltage drop and, more dangerously, cause the cable to heat up violently. By upgrading to thick-gauge cables designed for industrial loads, you can ensure that the increased power is safely delivered from the distribution box to the terminal. The thicker the cable, the smaller the resistance, which can prevent dangerous heat buildup while ensuring that the device end receives the full voltage.

The final step, and the most critical part of completing the power upgrade, is to install high-performance industrial sockets at the terminal location. To deliver the lifted power safely to the machine, the socket must comply with international standard IEC 60309.
Household sockets simply can’t hold up under extreme operating conditions, and these heavy-duty connectors are specifically designed to operate under the constant high load in commercial and industrial environments. High-performance industrial sockets ensure a tight and stable connection between power and equipment. Once you’ve completed this “three-step” system upgrade and equipped it with compliant industrial outlets, you’ve essentially eliminated the risk of electrical fires, solved tripping troubles, and guaranteed your equipment to perform at its highest performance.
