Plug Industrial Instructions for Use

Cable stripping standard
strip the cable sheath of corresponding length according to the plug specification to ensure that the internal core wire is exposed in moderate length and free of burrs, so as to avoid short circuit between phases caused by too long wire end.

Terminal crimping and locking
Insert the core wire into the wiring hole (L1/L2/L3/N/PE) of the corresponding polarity, and use a special screwdriver to tighten the screw. It is recommended to apply a torque of more than 1.2 Newton meters to prevent loosening.

Tail seal fastening
After the connection is completed, the cable lock nut at the end of the plug must be tightened to make the sealing rubber ring completely wrap the cable, which can not only achieve waterproof, but also provide stress buffer protection.

Correct operation specification
When inserted into the socket, it should be pushed in smoothly through the keyway positioning until the safety lock catch is caught. When pulling out, the locking device must be released first, and it is strictly forbidden to directly grab the cable for violent pulling out.
